Hello, I wanted to take the time to introduce myself and welcome you to All About Kids Mason.
My name is Jessica Bauer and I am the Assistant Director of All About Kids Mason! My love for children started when I was an undergrad at The Ohio State University. I began working at The Ohio State Child Care Center and was mentored by some amazing teachers. I worked there for about two years when I graduated in 2014 and moved back to Cincinnati. I have worked for another child care center where I was a Young Toddler and Pre-Kindergarten Teacher. I have enjoyed my time in child care as a teacher and am beyond excited to be the assistant director of this center. My passion for children’s growth and development continues to grow daily!

My whole entire adult career path has been just that…childcare. All I know is babies and kids and I am totally okay with that!! I worked at the Oak Hills location for almost 2 years, when I quit to stay home with my daughter. Since it was time to get back to work I, of course, went back to what I know and came back to the AAK Family. I am excited to be here and start the journey and make your experience the best!! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! My hours are 9:30-6:30.

Hello! My name is Casey Conley and I teach Pre-K in Room 8. I have been working with children for 18 years now. I graduated from Ohio University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Criminology and a minor in Psychology. I also held a substitute teacher license and have held a real estate license, I guess I love to learn. My career with children began upon graduating when I joined AmeriCorps and started tutoring and mentoring third grade at risk youth. I became a substitute teacher and eventually an Intervention specialist for 15 years at New Boston Local Schools, located in my hometown of Portsmouth Ohio. I have worked in daycare every summer for the past 5 years and when I moved to Cincinnati, I began working full time in child care. I am married and have 4 children. I have three daughters, PJ, Charlotte, and Ava. I also have a stepson named Collin. My passion is music. Most likely when entering my room, you will either hear the radio or my singing. I truly believe that music not only heightens the learning process, it boosts memory and enhances one’s mood. I also love the theatre and still believe I left my heart on the stage when I left. My philosophy on education is that a person is a person no matter how small and we all learn in our own way. What has kept me in this business for 17 years are those light bulb moments when you see a child understand the concept you are teaching. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to educate and interact with your child. It is the hardest, yet most rewarding experience.
