Steve and Lisa Spanagel have been married since 1986. They have two children, Timmy age 26 and Sami age 23. Timmy graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati with a degree in photography and is currently self-employed as a photographer and videographer. Sami graduated from Miami with a degree in education.
Steve graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Civil Engineering in 1985. Upon graduation Steve went to work for Armco Construction Products Division, which later became Contech. Starting off in sales Steve quickly advanced into management taking various leadership positions. Steve relocated 8 times during his career in the Midwest and Eastern part of the United States. Steve’s last position was President of Sales which he held for 10 years serving in a senior executive level position as well as part owner. Steve retired from Contech in September of 2015 after 30 years of service.
Lisa graduated from Grandview College in Des Moines Iowa with a Business Degree in Accounting. Upon graduation Lisa worked for McGladrey and Pullen for three years before starting her own business. Lisa started her business doing general accounting in Chicago in 1995 and continues to maintain the same clients she started with. Lisa intends to maintain her business as well as provide accounting support for the All About Kids Center to open in the fall of 2016.
Steve operates the All About Kids center and takes a daily active role in running the business. Steve’s extensive business experience as well as leadership skills will greatly add value to the operation of the day care facility. Our objective is to make the Tylersville, All About Kids facility the premier child learning center in Mason, by providing the highest level of quality and service and the best experience for both the children and the parents we serve.
Steve and Lisa live in Mason and are members of Saint Susanna Parish.
Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to All About Kids Mason. My name is Carley Jaeger and I am the Director of this facility. My passion and love for working with children all started after graduating high school when I started working at another All About Kids location. I was with the company for 4 years, working with children of all ages. I have been an Assistant Director and an Enrollment specialist at another child care center, where I obtained my Child Development Associate Credential. Since having my daughter, Lilly in 2014 I have been a stay at home mom. I am so excited to be back and apart of the All About Kids family. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, going boating, fishing, scrapbooking, reading & being outdoors.
As the Director, I am eager to get to know all of the families and children of All About Kids. My goal is to make All About Kids MASON the most enjoyable, educational, fun, happy & safe place for everyone that enters our building! I want you to feel like All About Kids is your second home! My staff and I have implemented a curriculum that will teach your child to grow with our educational material from the early stages of their life. Not only do we strive for having the best educational curriculum but we also believe learning through play is very beneficial to our students learning development. My name is Gina Stellatano and I am the Assistant Director here at All About Kids Mason/Liberty. I have spent much of my working life in management, it was when I started coaching for Soccer Shots that I fell in love with working with children. It is the most rewarding thing to watch each child grow and learn, and to be a part of their lives at such an influential time.
I live in West Chester with my family and my son, Tyson and my daughter, Autumn attend All About Kids. Some of my favorite things include spending time with my family, playing soccer, yoga, and coffee. It is of the utmost importance to me to build relationships with all our families here, and to ensure that all our children feel safe and welcome. My biggest goal is to create an environment that our families enjoy coming to.
Hello! My name is Lauren Smyth, and I am the Administrative Assistant at All About Kids Mason. I have always had a passion for children, but it wasn’t until I had one of my own that I decided to switch from a career in finance and lending to child care in the effort to spend more time with her. I started my journey here at AAK teaching in Room 6 with 2.5-3 year old’s and I absolutely loved it! This location has always been great even when I was just a parent dropping off my child, I knew she was in good hands. Now working here, I wanted to be the same for other parents.
My husband Cody and I have our 13 month old Addison, she attends AAK as well in Room 3, and we are expecting our son Hunter this November 2022. We just bought our first home out in West Alexandria, OH and love the country! We often go camping and and riding in our side by side and going fishing. I want all out families to feel comfortable and know that their children are safe loved by all of us here at AAK.
My name is Beth! My family is my number 1 priority. I have two adult sons. I am an aunt to 7 nephews and 4 nieces. I love to scrapbook and journal to preserve family memories and moments. I am a supporter of breast cancer and organ donation I am a caregiver.

Hi! My name is Sami Spanagel! I work at AAK during the summer for our Summer Camp program. I graduated from Miami University with a degree in adolescent young Adult Mathematics Education with a minor in child studies. I am also the assistant cheerleading coach for Moeller High School. I will be teaching at Saint Ursula Academy in the fall of 2018. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy yoga, watching movies and spending time outside.
